The General Assembly is the highest authority of the Association and discusses and makes decisions on any matter and all affairs of the Association.
The Council of ACTI acts on behalf of the General Assembly between annual meetings.
The Council is comprised of:

• The members of the Executive Committee
• 1 representative from each member territory
• 1 representative from the University of the West Indies
• 1 representative from other major educational institutions as approved by the General Assembly

ACTI is managed by an Executive Committee which is comprised of The President, 1st Vice-President, 2nd Vice-President, Treasurer and Immediate Past President.
Standing Committees and Sub-committees, as considered relevant, are established to assist in the accomplishment of specific objectives.
